class LidarFilterNode : public Node
ROS2 node to preprocess LiDAR data by applying filters and range clamping.
This node subscribes to a raw LiDAR scan topic, processes the data by applying outlier filtering, median filtering, and mean filtering, and republishes the filtered scan data. It provides configurable parameters for filter settings and range clamping.
